PiX Snap is the copyright holder of any photography images, floor & site plans, slideshows, videos, virtual imagery we produce. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images, please contact us for more details.

Photo Rights & Usage

The original client who paid for this service has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale and cannot be reused without specific written permission.

Images cannot be sold to another agent/client who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing, as the purchasing agent does not own the photographs, but rather the right to use them during the specific term the property is for sale. The purchasing client may reuse photos if the property is temporarily removed from the market.

Bookings

Confirmations are sent via email for all bookings. If any details are incorrect, please notify. PiX Snap does not accept any liability for any misinformation. If the client is not present during the actual photography session then PiX Snap’s interpretation of the assignment will be accepted.

Fees

All fees for service are excluding of GST. Please refer to our current price list for all current fees. Our service area is a 30km radius from Adelaide CBD. Any distance beyond 30km will incur additional Travel Fees. We charge $0.50 per km, beyond 30km, each way.

Payment

PiX Snap will invoice for services within 5 days of completion. and payment is required within 15 days from the date of invoice. PiX Snap all right reserve until balance is settled.

Rescheduling/Cancelation

Any job that is Cancelled or Rescheduling within 3 hours of the booking time, the following fees apply:

Day Shoot Cancellation Fee – $50 Excluding GST
Twilight/Dusk Shoot Cancellation Fee – $100 excluding GST
The above fees apply to each product / service that is cancelled.

* if the weather is crazy / act of God / etc, PiX Snap never charges cancellation or rescheduling fees, even if we arrive at the shoot.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours on all deliverables where possible, except Video products, which is 48 hrs plus, unless otherwise specified.

Indemnity

You agree to inspect all services and products, notify us of any issue within 5 working days of the creation of the services and products, failing which we will have no liability for any defects.

Confidentiality

PiX Snap will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the confidential information of your clients are not disclosed to any parties, except as required to provide the services, and as required by law.
